The kit has some unusual features.  Aside from a great roof sign (even an air conditioner) it features "screen  doors (you can't see them in the photos) as well as some colorful artwork to help make this building an eye-catcher. 
On a side note this kit got its name from a place that actually existed right here in Maine.  Trust us when we say it was the "locals" that re-named the place and not Betty!
