Handcrafted in the USA from an original pattern, this highly detailed resin model is hand poured in appropriate colors. All details are cast in place except for the separate recessed entry. Side and rear walls are cast in an appropriate brick color. The kit includes a detailed black roof, chimney and clear window glazing. Complete instructions with photos and tips are included.
